My journey this far has peaked as a technology strategist, where I quickly mastered translating complex concepts into actionable strategies. My expertise spans CIO and executive management consulting, strategic and operational planning, leadership, and project management.

For the past eleven years, I have served as an Enterprise Architect in the Office of the CIO at the City of Phoenix. In this role, I led market research, crafted innovative recommendations, and modernized IT governance. I also designed frameworks that align technology initiatives with strategic goals, emphasizing continuous improvement and sustainability.

Managing a team of Business Systems Analysts and contractors, I oversaw overall technology architecture review, project intake, technology roadmaps, and solicitation processes. My close partnership with a multiplicity of lines of business ensured that our initiatives were strategically aligned and well-supported.

One of my notable achievements was architecting and facilitating an annual technology planning program for the out of Phoenix and associated governing boards, ensuring coherence with organizational strategies. My role encompassed business case development, budget appropriation, risk analyses, contract negotiations, vendor selection and management, and application portfolio management.

My professional philosophy centers on the importance of being part of a cohesive team, earning client trust and respect, and creating lasting value for those I represent. I firmly believe that collaboration with team members and clients drives our shared success, and transparency and reliability are key to building strong, trust-based client relationships.

My dedication to public service and my ability to navigate the complex landscape of government IT and strategic planning have been the cornerstones of my professional journey.

In every role, I bring vision, structure, and a commitment to improvement, ensuring that technology initiatives not only align with but also advance organizational objectives. My career reflects an unwavering dedication to public service and a passion for creating lasting value for the organizations and clients I serve.
