Executive Debt refers to the accumulation of long-term negative consequences resulting from leadership decisions made to achieve short-term gains. It can manifest in various forms:

• Cultural Debt: Misalignment in leadership values, behaviors, and communication, leading to a toxic or unproductive workplace culture.
• Strategic Debt: Gaps in decision-making and strategy execution that create misalignment between a company's goals and actions.
• Operational Debt: Inefficiencies in processes, resource management, or execution that stem from leadership mismanagement or inaction.
• Talent Debt: Shortfalls in leadership development, talent management, and succession planning that hinder the organization's growth and innovation.

1. Estimated Time: The survey will take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete. Please answer each question thoughtfully, based on your experience and observations.
2. Confidentiality: Your responses will be kept completely confidential. The data will be anonymized, and only aggregated results will be shared in the final report and book.
3. Eligibility: This survey is designed for senior executives, including CEOs, CROs, other C-level executives, and senior managers directly involved in leadership, strategy, and operations.
4. Survey Structure: The survey covers the four key components of Executive Debt:
